Q. Will I be able to upgrade to a full ski area lift pass?
A. Yes if we have the area lift pass you will be able to add this to your booking in the booking stage.
Q. What is included in your packages?
A. Flights, transfers, accommodation.
Q. Is baggage included?
A. No hold luggage is not included. You get hand luggage included as standard and can then add hold baggage at the time of booking. You can also add this after booking - however, please note to add baggage after booking is more expensive than adding baggage at the time of booking.
Q. Can I add sports equipment baggage through We Are Ski for my flight?
A. Yes you can do this when you make the booking or add it on after the booking.
Q. Do you do family discounts?
A. Yes we have special family ski packages which has reduced rates.
Q. Can I sort out my equipment hire through you?
A. Yes you will be able to do this during the booking stage.
